We were engaged to design a series of high end custom townhouse units for the redevelopment of a prominent lot in Oakville Ontario. The Site required Rezoning and complex approvals.
We have supported this project with a highly defensible design and direct engagement in the public process and coordination. Our experience with this typology has enabled us to anticipate potential issues, allowing the design to evolve in response to feedback from the Planning Staff and Neighborhood groups.
